NBA Final Four...Who Wins it?

San Antonio can match up to the half court games of the two teams in the east, Miami and Detroit. The Spurs also play solid defense, which is important in playoff basketball. But I don't know if they can get past the Phoenix Suns. Nash is playing great ball. If the Suns win the West, their lack of half court game defense will do them in against Miami or Detroit.

I don't know who has the edge in the East. Detroit is a different team in the playoffs than they were in the regular season. They are reasonably healthy and playing well. On the other hand, Miami is dinged up and not at full strength like they were all season long. Detroit still has enough big men to defend Shaq, but they won't have the luxury of a guard like Bryant throwing up an 8 for 32 game. It should be a great matchup.

The finals match ups should make for some good basketball, the championship is better if the Spurs win, if the Suns win, I give the edge to Miami or Detroit. But, with enough offense, the Suns can pull an upset.

This should be good basketball. If I had to pick today, I'd go with detroit, only because of the experience factor.

The Miami/Detroit series is turning into a good one. 1 to 1 and heading into Detroit. I expect every game from here on out to be close games all the way to the end.

I expect the Spurs to beat the Suns...I expected it before they were up two to nothing, although I am surprised to see the Suns loose two in a row like that! I like Pheonix, but I think SA has more experience and more threats. I do expect the series to tighten up though.

Pistons vs. Miami is going to be close, I've had to pick the lesser of two evils in my mind for this one! LOL :) I'm going with Detroit, although Wade was awesome the other night.

I have a feeling that the Suns have a run in them. If any team can come back, it would be the Suns. I wouldn't bet the farm, though. :-D

Detroit needs to win it's next game.

One down and two to go. I had hoped that the Suns would at least be able to take it back to San Antonio, but....

It was a good game to watch, though. It was very entertaining. 8-)

I want to root for Ginobli, but I can't root for a flopper. If the guy would just play he would be fine. Every time someone goes near him he flops. It's getting old for me, and I think it's getting old with the ref's too. He shouldn't cry wolf too often...

I'd like to see Tom Duncan and Shaq in the final but with their rest and supporting cast I like San Antonio's chances.

Detroit really has their back against the wall, but that's when they play there best B-ball.

Shaque and Duncan would be a good match up. Both teams match up well.

I'm still rooting for Detroit vs San Antonio. That would be a great match up.

Yes, very interesting!
I'm rooting for the Spurs. I think they have been the most consistent NBA team over the past couple years.

Game one is in the books. I think that Rasheed Wallace was right. This is going to be WWF until game five or so. Great basketball, though. I love defense.

McQuacks and jamesgarden_47, you guys called it. My hats of to you. It was a great series. Maybe a new star has emerged too.

It was a great series! What could be better than a game seven? :) Couldn't have picked a better match-up.
Now it's onto the draft!
