I think whoever wins in the West will win the finals. I'm just not sure who'll it will be. I'm with you hoping the Lakers lose but they have a lot of momentum winning 2 strait. I think the winner of that series wins it all.
Yeah, I think the winner will be either one of them. I think and Indiana vs. Detroit would be a good eastern conference finals. Probably better to watch than the finals themselves.
I can't stand NBA basketball. WAY too many fouls. It seems there is a foul called every time they go down the court! Someone answer me this: why do college players get 5 fouls, but pro players get 6? It seems if they are professional, they should be able to play better defense without fouling. The best defense in today's game is to foul and make the other team shoot free throws. I find it very boring - and it allows the refs to control the outcome of the game. BOO!
NBA is the best!! I watch bball games every night if possible. The nets are my favorite team in the league. I think they have done pretty well so far and they definitelly have a chance at beating the Pistons in round 2. They are ahead at the moment. Friday's game was great. It went into triple overtime because of Chauncey Billups's half court shot at the buzzer. If the Nets had of just made 1 of their 3 foul shots they missed within 15 seconds before his shot, the game would have been over. But they still won. I said before that I woulld like to see the Nets and T-wolves as the final two teams. I still stand behind that. Minnesota is my favorite West team, and that would be a great game to watch. Round 3 is going to be the t-wolves and the Lakers --- the Nets and the Pacers. I have been really surprised at how well Miami has been doing against the Pacers. Last year they were one of the worst teams in the league, and they are playing against the team with the best regular season record for this year.
Wow, not what I expected out of the finals but I was pleasantly surprised.... I'm sure I'm not the only one who was happy about the Pistons putting away the Lakers in 5. 8-)
