Need help

I need to do two things and can't figure out how to do either.

(1) I need to change my e-mail address in my Profile. I no longer use the one that's in there.

(2) I need to change the time that it says I'm posting. It has me posting 4 hours before I actually do.

To do both simply go to "User Control Panel" in the top left corner below "Board Index";

To change your e-mail address click "profile" tab, then click "account settings" on the left...there is a place there for you to put your e-mail address.

To change your timezone, click "board preferences". Near the bottom there is a drop-down box that says "timezone".
