[__ Prayer __] New Church

Well, this morning before church my mom said that she wasn't feeling very good and she also had somewhere to go right after church would have let out so she said she was just gonna stay home. And the past several months we've been going to church less and less and being less involved, and then i get home today from church and she tells us that she doesn't think shes going to keep attending the church and that she doesn't really believe some of the things that our church feels so strongly on.
She said I had the choice to stay if I wanted but, its just kind of overwhelming for me all of the sudden, because we have all gone to this church my whole life and i would hate to just leave all the people there and everything, but if this is what God wants me to do then I guess i'll change.

So please just pray for me to be able to find out what to do and to find the right church for me. I just don't really know what to do or think other than pray

and if anyone has any advice on what to look for when possibly seeking a new church, it would be greatly appreciated :wink:

I wanted to let you know that you & your family are in my thoughts & prayers. I pray that God will direct you & your familys' path in the right direction towards attending church, moreso your mother, as I think she is the one who needs reasurrance & guidance as well.
