You bet I am! One hour of walking, running, sprinting everday and resistance training at least 3 times a week.

I am starting to target shoot again too. I have a model 36 Glock 45 ACP and I haven't fired it yet. I hope to shoot it tomorrow.

Not sure if you remember when I quit smoking back in 04, but I'm still a non smoker! Man it feels great to be able to breath! I can't believe the difference!

One of my ambitions is to get a good bow and start target practicing agian till I was good enough to go hunting. I've never been into guns though, too many bad experiences with them as a teen...
