I don't know how fast I run, you might run faster, I run, but I lift weights, too and run like a football player.

short bursts , im not sure if you guys do long distance cardio stuff. I think you would.

Not really, a mile was the longest we ran, we did do a bunch of sprints but lifting weights and working out that way increases cardio, too. I was more into weight lifting, and have that build, you saw my picture.
