Northern California Burnout

My son and family lost their home in the California burn out..
Yes I was joking.my grandparents, mother have lost things in the hurricanes we get.

Vets took care of animal fire victims free of charge....large and small... . the local store gave away food... The different lodges set up camp sites.. ... People opened their homes to others.. support poured in from all over..

What was Jr. home

It's terrible when disaster strikes home.
Our prayers help save us.

Jr. is doing very well ... was able to use the insurance payoff to but another home.. A lady from the San Francisco area Called some one in Middletown to see is she could 'stage' a home for some one.. this person called that person and so on Jr new home was chosen.. Tons and tons of little blessings have poured in to many folks

We had just loaned him the big chainsaw.. :hips Some place in some photo you can make out the zigzag of the chain on the bar.. weird..
His wife was home she had a few minutes to get out ... She and daughter were pouring bottled water on the roof of the convertible .. the fire bombs were covering miles...
For as much damage as was done the lost of life was not bad .. I couldn't think of a more polite way to say that.. So far with the rain in CA there have not been any major mud slides..

What is sad are the things that can not be replaced.. gift from the little kids... photos They are just as gone from hurricanes and floods as fire...

Dog,rip baron the first.he ran off in the middle of Hurricane Andrew and was never seen again.he was a good dog.only one I know that counted his bones.I took one and he wanted he back.placed it in the food bowl and nods his head like he is counting them.

Getting on a plane, I told the ticket lady, "Send one of my bags to New York, send one to Los Angeles, and send one to Miami." She said, "We can't do that!" I told her, "You did it last week!"
