Now I've seen everything...

I'll have to disagree with you on the cash for wedding present, but this Obama registry is hilarious! The best part is there'll be people that'll actually do it.

But it is kinda sad.

Nobody's too big to fail, and I think we've had way to many bailouts already! Wait, maybe we could bail him out of the boat and toss him overboard. Yeah, there's an idea! Lol!

Not only is he willing to take birthday, wedding & anniversary moneys... he's also going overseas to take up collections there. His campaign said he needs the money so badly that they refused to pay for him to make an appearance in a particular community; a local resident PAID the expenses for him to appear.

He's too busy telling everyone that he will be outspent on the campaign by that other guy. He claims to need more than the 1 billion + in his war chest already.

Romney has several million (can't recall the exact amount, but his campaign says they're in good shape).... there are some PACs with 3 or 4 times what Romney's campaign has which is scheduled to help Republicans during the campaign season, including Romney.

One thing that Romney's campaign has already done: helped his fellow nominee seekers who have already bowed out of the race; several had very shallow reserves & needed assistance.

So, not counting today or the past week, it's looking like he's got just over $23m on hand. Recent reports <cough> from the New York Times says Obama has 10x that amount. But the Times is sort of liberal. Mark Levin calls them the "New York Slimes". :lol

Since Romney's contributions have been brought up, today's Supreme Court ruling actually helped his campaign contributions:

(CNN) – Mitt Romney's presidential campaign said on Thursday it had raised $3.2 million following the Supreme Court's decision upholding President Barack Obama's health care law.

The fund-raising figure included money raised through 9 p.m. ET. Earlier in the evening the campaign said they raised funds from more than 26,000 donations.
