Has anyone on here installed MS Office 2013 and had problems printing? These are the only programs that I am unable to print from since getting a new printer. I tried getting help through the help forums for my printers manufacturer, but they ended up referring me to microsoft. Not sure if I really want to go that route, so I thought I would put some feelers out there to see if anyone had a similar issue.

Hi Brother Knotical. I don’t know which Windows software you’re using, but I have Windows 7 Pro 64bit, and with it I go to Start, Control Panel, and select System & Security, and then select Find & Fix problems.

That produces a new screen which includes Hardware & Sound with a selection to Use a printer that may be of help.

Another option you might consider is to use the Restore function on your software to an earlier date & time prior to having installed your printer. That will allow you start over on the installation where you may have made a mistake when setting it up.

There may also be problems here on the forum. For instance, I haven't been able to post on the Moderator forum for several hours, and I cannot edit a SAC. There is something going on requiring a change of the price of rice in China. :)

For instance, I just noticed on our Recent Threads along the right side of our CF.net screen the following notice "So Why Do Good Works" posted twice one above the other.

I have Windows 10, which unfortunately does not have the find and fix feature. I guess I will try uninstall/reinstalling office after we move.
