Not a close friend but I knew him well and spoke on many occasions . He worked at shop for many years and did repairs for me there . He recently told me in a message he had a mini-stroke . Then he left me a voice mail and it broke me up to hear him trying to talk . I will try and get over and visit him soon . Please pray for my friend .

Update ! I had a long talk with my friend and he was doing better with his speech . Every now and then he would have trouble remembering a name or some other fact that he knew but he could not get it out . He said he could still drive but his neuropathy in his feet made it difficult so his wife does the driving . Thanks for the prayers !
