does anyone here take those Omega pills? I just started and i think they do good.

Assuming you mean Omega-3 fish oil pills, yes, I've used them for years as part of my vitamin regime. They have numerous health benefits.
 
I use them, among others. They are not needed if you eat fish on a regular basis. I don't like seafood so I take the pills. I have taken Udo's Choice but I think it's all vegetarian and it's a liquid that tastes like cow feed.
