Yes, that is fun! I actually have a dirt bike, Honda 250, it's at my parent's house. Too much fun, we used to go over to the sand dunes and ride.

Willie - is that you at :39 to :40???

I gave up dirt bike riding way back before the 80s had a little honda 125 sorta adapted for off road... ... DH ( Dumb Husband in this case) does not want me to go alone but i love to ride my little polairs 400 in the desert ... 4 wheels is nice...

monica would love that idea. she has a leaning toward boating and motorsports. she bought the dodge ram for that reason. I didn't know at the time.

I only ride my Goldwing anymore. But I did try riding it in the dirt..... ONCE. I wiped out and tore off the air horns. (It's over 1,016 pounds)

Cool! As long as you can do wheelies and jump ramps, then yes, 4 wheels are fine. haha

Nice video! I really enjoyed watching it.
My step daughter dated a pro ama racer (Taylor Knapp) for several years and even got to spend a season in the European circuit. Were close enough to mid Ohio to watch. Its a lot of fun.

Here is Taylor wiping out just before the finish line. He was doing just under 200 mph according to his black box. He's yellow 44.

I belonged to AMA, but I was never good enough to qualify for any of their "real" races. In the races we rode, there might be two of the "real" racers present... (just for something to do on an "off" weekend), and after four seconds, or so, we never saw them again unless they happened to lap us.

Its still a fun sport. I think they have rules now that the big dogs can't race with the little fish.
Taylor told me about racing in the small fishbowl and said it really wasn't much fun.

We have a couple dirt bikes and they are a lot of fun. I have 5 acres and we've made a small track. Its just fun.

I raced (or,,,, "tried" to race) just about all forms, but as the video says, the most fun is just blasting around with friends.
