One act of kindness....

I'm sorry for coming across the way I did.
If I did something fruitless, then it wasn't worth doing.
Actually, I've liked a lot that you have written.
And Claudya too, I think she's just great!
But I really am a hard line Christian and I admit I too have a long way to go.
Maybe we can put this behind us and join together the way Jesus would want us to.

Hehe, thanks for the compliment.
You didn't hurt me, so no harm done.

Maybe we can put this behind us and join together the way Jesus would want us to.
I'm gonna make that a new year's resolution for myself: to be more accepting to hard line christians and try to understand them and focus on what unites us - we serve the same Lord - rather than debating aggressively over the small differences between us. (I love to debate, so that's gonna be hard :()

I've had major issues with "hard line" Christians over the years on various topics and see them as the cause of many problems rather than the solution and sometimes the red mist descends. I apologize for the bluntness and tone of my previous post.

But now its 2013 and the start of a whole new year :)

Both of my grandmothers were Christian ladies.... One was, the term of that day , a prayer warrior, the other a doer....Both are needed.... Speaking of myself when I do kind things with out the prayer I get the big head on how good I am..... That in the end is not good for me... A good mix of praying and doing good things is best for me.....
