KJV-onlyists make me laugh. Their complete blindness to plain facts is astounding.

KJV is a good translation, but t wasn't perfect. It has many errors that needed correction. That's why we have modern versions, to get us as close to the originals as possible. In 1611, the resources available to the translators simply didn't allow them to get nearly as close as we can today.

About the debate:,

Will's contention that the errors addressed so far are also found in other translations are non-points. Just because others have made the same mistakes does not make your mistakes correct. However, I too was surprised to see Jason claim to not attribute any mistakes to scribal errors, when I have seen him do so also.
