I started taking art commissions recently, and one of the things I'm best suited to is pet portraits. Because I've had the most practice with animals, especially dogs.

Before I felt I was good enough to do commissions, I took requests. If you'd like to see the requests I've done, look here: http://colliequest.deviantart.com/gallery/12717073 In the folder they are arranged newest to oldest. Keep in mind that these are (mostly) old; I've improved since then. (Note: I no longer take requests.)
Pricing info:
-I take payments through PayPal
-$10 for a headshot, $20 full body. Double if you want to add a second pet in.
-Detailed backgrounds cost an extra $15. If no background is requested, a simple colored gradient or abstract will be used. Or, if preferred, I can leave the background transparent.
Other:
-Art will be done digitally (on the computer) and sent to the commissioner through e-mail once completed.
-Please be sure to provide good photos for me to use as references. A good photograph will allow me to draw your pet with greater accuracy.
-Typically once a commission is completed I post the finished file to my website in order to use it as an example of my work. If you don't want your commission to show up in my online gallery, please let me know. The version I upload to my site will have a watermark so no one else can use it. I'll send you the version without the watermark through e-mail, or however you prefer.
-I have limited slots open at a time to keep myself from getting overwhelmed. I typically use four at a time. Feel free to ask me if any are open!
