Earlier today the subject of "PHARAOAH'S DAUGHTER" came up. The following is an earlier study done on the subject......
Who is the "daughter of Pharaoh" and how is she connected to Miriam, Solomon and Moses? We have been taught the sweet story of Pharaoah's daughter saving the life of Moses by pulling him from the water after his mother hid him in the reeds. Were we taught correctly or was more being said than we have understood?
To see who the daughter is we must first understand the Pharaoh. When Joseph was sold into slavery he served under a Pharaoh of Egypt. At the time there were two. One of upper and one of lower Egypt. Joseph served under the Pharaoh of Lower Egypt and he was a Hyksos or Shepherd King.
During the time of Joseph and following.....
After the death of Joseph the time of the Shepherd Kings was over. The "new king," or Pharaoah, cared nothing about who Joseph had been or his people.
During this time Moses was born. When he was three months old his mother hid him in an ark, placed him in the reeds "by the river's brink." Now Moses was a "goodly child," [Ex.2:2] meaning...beautiful to God. The Pharaoah and his daughter wanted this special man child of God for their own. Remember, this is a lesson for the end of days too.
Aaron and Miriam were born before Moses...of Levitical parents. Pharaoh's daughter is washing herself in the river. The same river where her father has ordered "every son that is born of God's chosen, to be cast into." :o Her "maidens" walking beside that same river serve her purpose, to keep God's children immersed in false doctrine.
In the future sense, The Pharaoah (or who he is a type for), wants the male children (man child) of Israel to be slain in the river (In Scripture the waters are often a symbol of the unbelieving masses). Pharoah/Anti Christ wants them to be drowned in false doctrine that spiritually kills them!
Moses became her son! She brought him up in the ways of Egypt (ways of the world). This is how Satan works. He entices children of God with the lusts of the world. Pharaoah's daughter "drew him out of the water," (out of the rest of humanity) to be Her Son. The Pharaoah and his daughter want the man child of God...all of them, all of His elect.
Moses, as the elect today, may, for a time, live in Egypt, and enjoy it's worldly ways but God calls them out. They will answer as Moses did.
Moses left Pharaoah's daughter behind and all she offered....the pleasures of sin. Then he matured, he was becoming the "man child." What happened to Pharaoah's daughter? She never died and won't until....
Where else did we read...."stand afar off?"
Miriam is not an innocent bystander in this. She saves Moses for the Pharaoah's daughter. She is part of the conspiracy.
But, until that hour Pharaoah's daughter works in the world tempting all those that are God's elect. She was successful with king Solomon:

- The Hyksos held Egypt for 511 years and ruled for 100 years with peace and prosperity. They introduced the compound bow, bronze working, horse and chariot, battering ram. They introduced a new breed of cattle, new vegetables and fruits, improved linen and pottery and an improved vertical loom and pottery wheel.
Some say Shepherd Kings is a mistranslation. The Egyptian race will not raise cattle, however they were not Egyptian. No tombs of theirs have been found.
They were allies of Amorites and Hurrians. They worshipped one God – Set / Seth. They were Shematic (of Noah) and therefore were Adamic. Joseph ruled under one of these kings and married a daughter of Potiphorah, a priest. All this had to be in God’s plan to establish the 12 tribes. After this, Gen.41:14-37, the next Pharoah “knew Joseph not†= wasn’t Shemetic and then they were enslaved there. (1560 BC the Hyksos time ran out. Moses brought them out from this captivity.
During the time of Joseph and following.....
- Exodus 1:7-8 And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them. Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.
After the death of Joseph the time of the Shepherd Kings was over. The "new king," or Pharaoah, cared nothing about who Joseph had been or his people.
- 1:9-10 And he said unto his people, "Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we: Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any way, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land."
1:16 And he said, "When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live."
1:22 And Pharaoah charged all his people, saying, "Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive."
During this time Moses was born. When he was three months old his mother hid him in an ark, placed him in the reeds "by the river's brink." - 2:4-5 And his sister stood afar off, to with what would be done to him. And the daughter of Pharaoah came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river's side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it.

- 2:6-7 And when she had opened it, she saw the child; and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, "This is one of the Hebrews' children." Then said his sister to Pharaoh's daughter, "Shall I go and call to thee a nurse of the Hebrew women, that she may nurse the child for thee?"
2:9-10 And Pharaoah's daughter said unto her, "Take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give thee thy wages." And the woman took the child, and nursed it. And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoah's daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, "Because I drew him out of the water."
Moses became her son! She brought him up in the ways of Egypt (ways of the world). This is how Satan works. He entices children of God with the lusts of the world. - Hebrews 11:24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoah's daughter;
7:25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season.
Moses left Pharaoah's daughter behind and all she offered....the pleasures of sin. Then he matured, he was becoming the "man child." What happened to Pharaoah's daughter? She never died and won't until....
- Revelation 18:8-10 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God Who judgeth her. And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, 'Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.'
Where else did we read...."stand afar off?"
- Exodus 2:4 And his sister stood afar off, to with what would be done to him.
Miriam is not an innocent bystander in this. She saves Moses for the Pharaoah's daughter. She is part of the conspiracy.
But, until that hour Pharaoah's daughter works in the world tempting all those that are God's elect. She was successful with king Solomon:
- 1 Kings 3:1 And Solomon made affinity with Pharaoh king of Egypt, and took Pharaoh's daughter, and brought her into the city of David, until he had made an end of building his own house, and the house of the Lord, and the wall of Jerusalem round about.
7:8 And his house where he dwelt had another court within the porch, which was of the like work. Solomon made also an house for Pharaoah's daughter, whom he had taken to wife, like unto this porch.
9:24 But Pharaoah's daughter came up out of the city of David unto her house which Solomon had built for her: then did he build Millo.
