Growth Plant or Strengthen?

Is it better to plant a new congregation from scratch or strengthen existing ones IF Pastor wants help? Lots of small community danominational churches quite literally dying off...it would be a shame to not be relavent and have a church die slowly

Actually both. Just as Christ gave the seven Churches in Rev constructive counsel are we not all to be one body in Christ lifting up and edifying one another to help stay in Gods will and not our own. This is what the Church lacks is forgetting Gods will as they take on their own.

1Co 3:6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
1Co 3:7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
