i recycle all plastic that i can, if the plastic gets in the ocean or soil it breaks down and realeases toxins that are deadly to fish, the smaller the water body the more damaging it is to the fish in it.

I recycle too, Jason. We're pretty close to single-stream recycling here, and that makes a lot of sense to me. I don't see the need to ban anything if it can be recycled, and I don't really care what new product the plastic bags end up being remanufactured into, I'm happy they don't end up in the Farmington River or Long Island Sound.

one cant recycle any plastic container with a type of hazmat. ie oil, anti-freeze.

I knew what you meant but i live near a beach. see a beach they all are alike. some have more waves the others and a better background, but the sand is about the same.
