They will never allow that.the irony a convicted man of domestic violence with his sentence of go join the Army. Arresting a man for the very crime he did.see the problem.I'm sorry the army isn't meant to raise men.but being into corrections that is what we do.yes outside if the normal function of an nco.a correction mp will mentor those criminals.but you probably didn't know we do that.I have no major issue with that but I'm not for going back to allowing that again.that was the draft army,nit a volunteer army.the judges merely pawned their problems unto the dod. A private can be in his 40s.he is still mine to deal with.I have had a few that old in my squad.usually never an issue.but it's a different time now. I came in the at the end of that.besides this problem of let me stay is occurring at gitmo,afghanistan,and Iraq when we're there.they would go out shoot at us surrender just for a meal and a place to stay.no difference.
 
Yeah I know it is not coming back. I seen a dude get kicked out of the Army in basic training because he was caught with some pot or speed I forgot which one it was. But the dudes bunk which was right across from me was empty in the morning. That was at Fort Leonard Wood

I was when they ended that.there wasn't in those days the issue with domestic violence laws nor other issues.in your day or earlier
 
I'm not sure what the sentences were them .I know where to look as all I have to us find the right mcm manual for the time and look up art 134.it will list the sentences lenghts
