[__ Prayer __] Please pray for my sick girlfriend

I'd really love it if people could help me and pray for my girlfriend. She's been sick for a while now with intense stomach pains. Well today she went to the hospital and she's lost a ton of weight since her last visit, and they said they think she has either Crohn's Disease or Colitis . They aren't sure yet, but none the less it has me extremely worried. Please help pray with me for her health and that she'll have a swift recovery.
