I have been having pain in my leg lately. It hurts when I walk. It's not crusial but it's there. It's been getting a little better in a few past days, but I will still appreciate a prayer for the pain to go away. Thanks so much.
I'll be praying for you.
Got a heating pad ?
Got an ice bag ?
Alternate using them, and watch for improvement...along with your own prayers.

Not to push supplements on you but antioxidants in general can have anti inflammatory effects. Astaxanthin the pigment that makes salmon 🍣 and flamingos 🦩 pink is becoming more popular as a supplement in part because of its antioxidant effects. Grape seed extract is another popular option.

With astaxanthin I seem to recall reading that 12mgs can reduce pain levels and also reduce the need for pain killers.

Lots of brands out there. Just a thought…

Interesting, just looked at astaxanthin, will order to try

Even something as simple and inexpensive as vitamin C in sufficient quantities can help. Astaxanthin is generally a once daily with food thing and vitamin C often requires 4 or more daily doses because it has a short half life. I skimmed data that suggests that Pycnogenol can help…that’s a once or twice daily supplement that over time seems to reduce inflammation.
