Before we moved to Hawaii, we had to contend with the almost daily buzzing of our home by HPD helicopters. Once in a while, they would fly so low they would rattle the windows. My wife worked at the office during that time so she just assumed we were exaggerating things. When we moved back here from Hawaii, my wife kept her Hawaiian job by working remotely here at the house. At first, there were no police choppers. Then they once again resumed flying over the house with increasing frequency until it became a daily event. They then began flying lower and lower. Our son became fed up and contacted the FAA office here in Houston. They covered up the fly overs by creating a virtual dead zone around our house whereby the HPD choppers transponders showed no activity even when right over our home( our son found a way to track all air traffic in any given location). Our son simply went over the head of the local FAA to the Washington DC office directly. Soon after we were able to track HPD choppers once again.....almost all flyovers have ceased. Praise God!
