The thread I was sparingly taking part in is locked. So I guess I will come here.
What I wanted to ask concerns consistency. I rarely watch the TV, but tonight I turned on the news. The main thing that caught my interest was the case of Texas polygamy. The main concern is the children. The news casters expressed outrage at what was found on this Texas ranch and seemed to assume that if children come from polygamous marriages, that it naturally constitutes child abuse. Yet those same newscasters would defend gay marriage, and the right of fay couples to have children. Such a thing is already being done.
So then my question is mainly for those who believe homosexuality is not a sin. Do you believe that polygamy is a sin? Actually maybe I should ask do you believe anything is right and wrong, and on what basis do you claim polygamy is wrong?
