Post a random fact about yourself

I have played on the same (church) softball team for 22 or 23 years.

They now stick me in right field because of my age-related degeneration in athletic ability. I am 51, the center-fielder is 19. So needless to say, if the ball is hit "in the gap", he usually gets it.

Interestingly, at one point we had two former professional athletes on the team - one a former NHL all-star and the other a former pro football player (a running back).

Not surprisingly, we did rather well during that season.

That is so very gross.

I'm on this board when I should be out feeding cattle.

I am living proof that God has a sense of humor.

I'm a portrait artist, work with graphite :)
Both his fusion and Bluegrass material is great. He is also how I found out about Victor Wooten. The Flectones in general are just so mellow and awesom. Still can't double thump to save my life.

I used to know a guy who could double thump just like Victor Wooten! Man that boy could play! :clap

Ooh! Graphite! That stuff's difficult to work with, isn't it, Caromurp?

Yes it is, and very time consuming if you want it smooth! :o Here's a photocopy of a portrait I did of my nephew several years ago, it looks better in person though because it's not near as dark...

^^lol! How cool tho 8-)

I graduated college in 2 years.

I ran into an old friend while registering for classes at my local college today. I haven't seen her since August. Apparently she moved back and was hoping to keep it a secret and make it a surprise for everybody, and so being me, I tested 15 people saying "Hey guess what, BETTY'S BACK!! WOOHOO!!!" while I was talking to her. Then she smacked me because in the middle of our conversation, she got a text saying, "Hey, Ben said you're back in town. Is that true?"

haha
