Power attracts sin

We are more tempted to sin when our power is increased.
I sinned as a teacher. I punished some kids by getting them to write out lines. I was only 22 and didn't have a clue. No one mentored me. But anyway I abused power.
I'm not suited to too much power or responsibility.
And when I was earning more money than my wife I insisted on my opinion. I don't do that now . Because I earn less. 😃
Power corrupts. Look at Putin. He will do whatever it takes to keep power. He has no morals. Look at the Chinese government. They will do whatever it takes make them look good in the eyes of their people. They admit no wrongdoing.
Jesus in the desert. Such an important verse. Tempted with power. But rejects earthly power.
No one likes to be powerless. But maybe be thankful you don't have much power. It could corrupt you.

Lines sucked but numbers were worse. A whole page of hundreds of small random number sequences and had to copy them to another sheet of paper each number sequence in order. And they randomly checked boxes when you finished to make sure was not just writting any numbers down to get it done faster so could out quick and get some lunch time in. If busted cheating have to start again.

I will use that one next time I teach.
