Practice Grateful Living

Beiing grateful is something that I have taught my children and I count my many blessing everyday. Foremost, that I have a Savior that died for my sins.

However I take all the little things everyday and remind myself how grateful I am. I have fresh water to drink where so many their source of water is polluted or maybe a great distance away. I am thankful for the food that I have to eat when so many just here in the U.S. are hungry. One in five children in the United States are hungry on a daily basis, 16 million.

I am grateful for our Veterans, those who have been injured, their families who worry about them and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice. There are 67,000 veterans homeless on any given night ( says HUD).

Heat on a cold winter's night. A job. Health insurance. A bed to sleep in, with a roof over head.

I could go on, as we all could. There are endless things to be thankful for.

I am thankful that God has given me the opportunities to help and to make others aware.
