We just got the final offer from the DOT regarding our house and I have screamed, laughed, cried and almost passed out. I was BLOWN AWAY by the offer we got today. It's HUGE. We will be able to have a house nicer and larger than I ever imagined and our house payment will be lower than what we have now. Can you BELIEVE that???!!!! They've been praying about it at church and our prayers were MORE than answered. I KNOW it's God that made this all possible. It wasn't just luck. It was GOD. God has been so good to us and the blessings that we've received recently have been astounding.

Thank you to all of you that may have included our house situation in your prayers. They have been answered. Praise God!!!!!

We got a house! It's beautiful! All this is still like a dream to me. The sellers accepted our offer last night and we have a closing date of November 30th. The best thing??? Our mortgage on the new home will be LESS than what we're paying on our current home! It's also only 1/2 mile from the kids school and closer to my hubby's work!

That is what I have said since the day we got our final offer. And it's amazing that our payment will be LESS! And right now, we live in a doublewide trailer. I have had no problems with my doublewide. It's been a wonderful home and we have so many memories here. Its going to be hard when we leave. I just never in my life imagined that we would live in a house like the one we will soon be living in.

I don't think I'll truly believe it until we get settled into it.
