Pray Against Sin Thoughts

If I Could Offer Advice to Kids and Young People in the Faith, I would say: PRAY TO GOD With your thoughts of sin.

Instead of holding on to the temptation thoughts, bringing it to God could help restrict the temptation with God's help. We are told to take captive our thoughts.

Having confidence that God is helping restrict from your sins and sin thoughts will help you sin less.

And when we have less sin, we are less ensnared into negative things, so God can help us easier.

Loving God is keeping His Commandments. (1Jn5v3)

Welcome to the site !
Here is a verse you may use in your anti-temptation thread..."There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Cor 10:13)

Temptations are made to be snuffed out !
"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)
