My nephew's baby came at 30 weeks...he is only 3lbs, 7 ozs. He is in the hospital and is stable...but a long ways from being on his own. Please pray. Baby is Jackson and Mom and Dad are Lisa and Jared. We are all leaning on the Lord for this one.

His dad, Jared, was only 4lbs and I can't remember how many ozs. He was a premie too...but eventually went on to be a very healthy baby.
 
Dora, I have prayed for the little one and His Peace for mom and dad. It is impossible for me to know how painful this is for them to see their beloved child go through this. Waiting though it in the Lord's time is much easier said than when you're the parents involved. What they thought would be their most joyous time has now become quite the opposite.

I have faith the God will bring him to sound health, but this can have little impact on their current circumstance unless they are able to put it All at His Feet. And that's hard, if we're being honest. More prayers, Dora.
 
Praise God!!!!

Jackson is now off of oxygen and is breathing on his own!!!

Too early yet to say when he'll be coming home, but he is doing well.
 
Jackson is now 4lbs and 7.7ozs... when he reaches 5lbs, he can go home! Please continue to pray that he will continue gaining weight and strength...

He's done so well, with very few set backs. We really appreciate all who have prayed for this precious little one!

AirDancer, He is doing well. He just needs to gain a couple more ounces and pass his car seat test to go home. Everyone will be so glad to get him home!

Thanks for the prayers everyone! Hopefully I'll be able to report a homecoming soon!
