I am asking for prayer for my friend, Stacie. She went to the ER tonight with severe pain in her side and was told she needs to have her gall bladder removed in the morning. She's in a lot of pain, very upset about it, worried about the surgery and anesthesia, sad about missing out on Thanksgiving. Please pray for her surgery to go smoothly with no complications, for a speedy recovery and for her to turn her heart completely to God. Thank you.

Father in heaven~
In the midst of such frightening and hard occurances in life... there may be such a blessing of the knowledge of You. For only You know our weak bodies, and our hearts in such need of You. You are the God of ALL comfort, and You are the Healer and Redeemer of all who will turn to You.
Lord look on Stacie, and let Your Holy Spirit come along-side her... to make the truth of her need for salvation real in her heart and mind. May she hear and recieve the gospel and the great rest of resurrected life by faith in You alone. Grant her in this hardship a great opportunity to come to repentence and be gathered in Your arms of protection and love.
Guide the doctors in skill and ability to heal her, give them Your wisdom Father, for You know her bodies requirements. Grant her caring and sweet nurses who can assist her to full recovery. Also, give her friends like our Jojo to bring her fellowship and fun even in her hospital room.
Most of all, may the goodness and grace of Your Spirit through Your children, be a light to all the other patients and hospital staff during this time of thanksgiving to honor Your name.
