[__ Prayer __] Prayers for my teacher...family in Galveston

My teacher was very upset tonight because most of her family is in Galveston, TX. Her father is in a wheelchair and everything is so crazy right now down there that she doesn't even know where her dad is. She's been trying to get in touch with him. Her brother is heading there tonight to see if he can find anything about their father, so now she's upset that he's going there too.

She's in her 60's and the sweetest lady I've ever met. She was so upset that she even left her cell phone on and left the room when her sister called. She just got back last week from caring for her father. He was sick. Then when she got back, she shattered her ankle and is now on crutches.

Please say a prayer for her. Her name is Elizabeth Sledge.

Oh my, yes. It does sound as if she needs prayers for strength during this stressful time. I'll remember her.
