Hi I'm new here, but please pray for me if you can. I'm suffering from sleep problems, depression and anxiety. I can use more strength, courage, and some healing. I've been suffering for over 6 months, have spent time in the hospital twice. Last November while i was in the hospital I let God back into my life, I wish i could say things have gotten better, but they actually got worse in January. My faith has been tested severely, but i have not given up on God. God is my only hope, nobody has really been able to help me. My life has pretty much become a nightmare, i haven't felt like myself in over 6 months and things aren't improving. I just want to feel like myself, and be able to do something with my life to help others. Thank you, and God Bless.

You're in my prayers, Keith!

Trusting our Lord God with all you are is the only way to live this life, and you have already decided to do this when you said 'yes' to our Lord last November when you were in the hospital. Now is the time to gird yourself in the armor of our Lord, and all of this armor you'll find in Scripture. To prepare, I recommend reading & studying first the Psalms; many of these were written by David during his times of great trials & tribulations.

While suffering from depression & anxiety is a rough challenge to over-come, nothing is impossible for our Lord to conquer. Embrace that with your heart, your entire being: nothing is impossible for our Lord God to conquer.

You'll quickly discover CFnet is a great place for fellowship. We're here to assist each other as we make our way in service for our Lord. None of us are perfect, and we've each have/had issues in our lives with which our Lord has dealt. I'm glad you've joined us ... we're all in this together!

Blessings!

Dear Kieth, in Christ you are exactly where Job seemed to be in his distress, and it was the work of God in his life that produced all that He wanted to bring about His perfect will for him. God has not failed or forsook you, and you can look to and talk openly to Him as His child.

1 Peter 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Dear Father, please strengthen Kieth in his body and spirit according to Your purpose for him and I ask this in Jesus' name. Thank You Father. Amen.
