Ya know, when I read the title of this thread, the first thing I thought was "Selenium", and I take that amount, too!
Selenium is a powerful antioxidant, and works in conjunction with vitamin E. Other antioxidants are vit A and C.
Also, don't forget the vitamin D. I never knew myself how important this vitamin was until fairly recently in my history, and although i always took some, not the dose I should have.
Now I became a "Baal" worshiper of sorts as I am always out in the sun, and that motivates me now to do outdoor work and landscape my property. You'll find me in shorts and no shirt working ---even on 50 degree days! And this work, Btw, is my exercise, moving and using the body the way God made Adam take care of the garden. I'm not a joggerholic!
But I'm sure I'll hear it, even from "Christians" who follow the worldly advice as to how wrong I am and I should do everything the opposite the way they do. Well, I get tired of putting up with that and then praying for them to get healed of cancer a few years later. :bigfrown
