I have, when I took a ton of z packs I always had loose bowels but not diarrehea. the doctor of gasterolongy said to my wife before he sees me give him these and it was simply a pack of bacteria in a pill. since then its been a lot better.

Ok....thanks so it is bacteria?

To my understanding, the bacteria helps the colon break food down, correct?

As I understand it, we have a whole lot of crappy bacteria in our digestive systems, and they really don't give us the benefit they should... probiotics are just Good (whatever that really is) Bacteria and that is the stuff we need.

My Chiropractor is a nutrition freak, and he HATES pills and vaccines. But he is real big that we should all be on probiotics.

OK...here's what little I know...

...we have "intestinal flora." Good bacteria helps digest stuff and keep things running smoothly. Any number of factors can make the good bacteria dwindle and then bad things happen. Probiotics replenish bacteria that are known to be beneficial. I think there are other ways to go about it, too...for instance, I take soy isoflavones. I have skin and hair conditions caused by too much DHT and soy isoflavones help counter DHT without resorting to pharmaceuticals. They also prevent me from needing expen$ive skin meds. Soy isoflavones also improve intestinal flora balance (or so the bottle says), and the high dose vitamin C people say that high dose vitamin C does so, too, over time.

That's about the best I can do for you, lol.
