problems with my avatar

sorry guys if this is the wrong place to put this (new here) but I can't get my avatar to show. I have uploaded it in the normal way (my pc not website) & the pic is small 100x95 jpg @ 3.7Kb. I even tryed to upload a smaller 60x57 one but that didn't work either, can someone tell me why it isn't working? Do I need to be a member longer?

You'd probably want to simply upload it to an image host and then direct link it in your profile. It's the easier way, generally. Imageshack is good for single images if you don't mind having a strange url that would be easier to re-upload if you forget. Otherwise start a photobucket or imagedump account (free) and upload it there.

Ok I just tryed to do it but it still does not work, I notice many people don't have avatars is the function enabled? I dont have problems on other forums, maybe if the administrator can lend a hand please?

I'm having the same problem too. Mine is 80x80, So there shouldn't be a problem, I have it saved to my desktop,

I have a feeling it might be after we reach a certain amout of posts, say 20 or 50. A not of foums do that so yeah but it would be good to get some confirmation

Thats what I was thinking also, some forums don't allow you to personalize anything until they know that your going to stick around for a while.
