Is it permissible to post more than one question in a single post?

If so, does it count to post a declarative statement, then add a question mark to the end of it, then pass it off as a question? (example: Will Ferrell is the funniest man alive?)

And with well over 3,000 posts in this thread, have my above questions already been asked before?
