Question: Judgment by God

OK so I'm putting this new thread here I hope it's in the right place if not lemme know and I will redirect it.

I am a new Christian with a question. What does it mean to be judged by God? "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4, KJV) and so fourth. Is this synonymous with damnation or punishment?

Judgment by GOD is the best thing that can happen to anyone, God reveals the errors of our way to us through his judgments. Our lack of knowledge in many areas causes us to stumble at times, "my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge", Scripture say Judgment begins at the house of GOD, and Paul said every mans work would be tried by fire , if he has built with gold, silver or precious stones he shall recieve a reward, but if he built with hay straw or stubble it shall be burned up (BUT) he shall be saved Yet as by FIRE (Gods intense Judgements) are the Fire in fact the lake of Fire is a (INTENSE JUDGMENT) of God. There is no such thing as a Literal lake of FIRE . The word lake of Fire is symbolic language for intense Judgements of GOD, GOD himself is the consuming fire. IMO
