question on seeing people that arent there.

i joined just to ask this question. i am a newly saved Christian, (23F) about 8 months ago. im not getting into my specific past, but a couple weeks ago my boyfriends grandma moved in with us. she is Native American and adheres to native beliefs. (my boyfriend still is not saved either...) she just told me earlier today that she woke up at 4 am and saw our daughter (who is 2) standing in front of her. she said "what are you doing up?" and reached out for her, and "our daughter" disappeared. when she said this i immediately got chills.. and i want to know if there are spirits who mimic the living? why would this happen? and how exactly would i go about handling this...if at all. i didnt make a big deal about it to her but it really creeped me out a lot. do you think she was just simply seeing things or is there something more spiritual about this? i really dont know what to think or who to ask. i hope i can get a lead on some answers here, thanks.

Since she is involved in a pagan faith it’s likely to be there are evil spirits at work. You have authority over these. You can pray rebuking them out of the place where you live and do so as often as necessary. We have a pagan couple downstairs with idols and so on. I keep having to rebuke evil spirits that try to creep in and make trouble. They call them up and I pray them back.

Signs of a spiritual attack, usually light things happen like seeing a figure and maybe even having interaction with that figure, but then that figure starts to become a spiritual husband or partner, and starts attacking the viewer. Cast the demon away in Jesus Christ name. After death there is the judgement.

Most tribal religions (from wherever in the world they are from) have a demonic element. Some more than others. That includes Native American religions.

And yes, demons can appear in human form, but without solid substance. As to the reason they would do that, who knows? It really does not matter.

The thing is that you are a new believer. And you are living with your boyfriend (not married) which is not good. It is an open door in your house for the devil and his minions to operate.

My advice is to find another living situation. If you own the house, the others should leave. If you rent, find another rental unit. All of that until 2 things happen: 1 - the BF becomes a believer, and 2 - you 2 get married. (and in that order)

You need to grow in the Lord and that will take a while. You will need a spiritual mentor to help that process. At some point you should start to learn about spiritual warfare, but not yet. You have growing to do first.
