Go to it, "quote" it, press Ctrl+A (or manually highlight it), copy it, exit, go to where you want to put it and paste it. :-D

At least that's what I do...

One easy way is to highlight the entire part you want to put inside a quote, and just click on "quote" above where you type.

But be warned, it won't work in all forums. Some of them it will cause you to erase everything that is highlighted.
