There is no scripture anywhere in the Bible that says God predestinates people to heaven or to hell, but there are many scriptures that teach Jesus has reconciled us and the whole world unto God.
"And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and has given unto us the ministry of reconciliation" 2 Corinthians 5:18.
"God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation" 2 Corinthians 5:19.
"And that he (Jesus) might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby" Ephesians 2:16.
"And having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in the earth or things in heaven" Colossians 1:20.
"And you that were sometimes alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now has he reconciled" Colossians 1:21.
"For if when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life" Romans 5:10.
Jesus is God's reconciler. Jesus working in our name and on our behalf, has reconciled us and the world unto God. Jesus in our name and on our behalf, has fulfilled all of the demands of the law, Matthew 5:18. Jesus in our name and on our behalf, has atoned for our sins and the sins of the whole world, 1 John 2:2. Because of the doing and the dying of Jesus, we can now say with all certainty that "We are complete in him" (Jesus) Colossians 2:10.
"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled unto God" 2 Corinthians 5:20.
