...by Christ's grace. And you never hear about it.

I was mad as a hatter, brain damaged, etc. Then, God called me to repentance. I'm going on a whopping (note the sarcasm) total of 18 months as a genuinely repentant, Born Again Christian. And...

...I'm smart! I'm healthy! I'm stable! I also do Orthomolecular. That stuff works, especially on stress and anxiety. Also prevents "tardive dyskinesia" from the antipsychotic drugs. good stuff!

But, yeah...mostly Jesus. Actually, all Jesus, directly and indirectly.

Question now is...what kind of work should I do?

Honest work. Work that hurts no one else. Learn to work with your hands, dependent on no one else. Work that you can throw yourself into with all of your heart, with no qualms or hesitation. This might be learned through trial and error process, over decades, as with the apostles and disciples of Yeshua. If a direction turns out to be temporary, so it is. If it turns out to be a dead end road, so it is. Always trusting Yeshua for His directions, daily, all day and all night long in all of life.

Work that work that Jesus calls you to. Every day. Like today. He has begun and brought you this far; He is not afar off just watching to see what you will do. He is close at hand, even in your heart He has put His Life and His Word.

So follow Him. No matter the cost. No matter the obstacles. Do what you see ABBA doing. Speak what ABBA speaks. Daily. Always.
(and always in line with all of His Word and His Plan and His Purpose --- sheer JOY and GRACE and MYSTERY !! )

CE Paul the lawyer was also a tent maker... Something in the back of my mind tells me if at all possible old time Jewish boys learned a trade as well as book learning...
Life is more pleasant for us when our employment is something we enjoy , sometimes we have to go through ideas, plans , thoughts, before we find our niche.
Best job ( not counting being Mom) i ever had was maintance in water bottling plant... took me about 20 years to find that out...

Have you ever considered that some people are so sick that they can not work?Have you ever considered that some people are so sick that they can not even go outside the house?Count your Blessings if you can do those things.

hey. Kathi, I know..some people can't work. I was one of them, and it happens. And Jesus doesn't heal everyone who comes to Him. I may never have the best job, or even a terribly stable job. I just want...a job.

Of course, there's writing. I just started writing short stories again. Probably won't pay much, but, hey...who knows, right? I mean, assuming I can even get published.

No,God does not heal everyone who asks but I think that He has a very good reason for that.
