I am extremely curious about this type of thing. Not specifically about the movie, but about who viewed it.

I'm not sure how many people have heard of it. Basically it's a film about religions hosted by Bill Maher (i know how much of a fan you guys may be of him). Bill goes around the world trying to find out why people believe in what they believe in. I personally thought it was very interesting and I am curious who here has seen this movie, and even more curious to what you thought of it. Believe it or not but Religulous actually taught me quite a bit of information i've never heard of (and researched afterwords) about many of the religions i was already studying.

Now, this is an extremely provocative video so I'm not asking you to watch it because it will most likely make you a bit uncomfortable if your highly religious. I am simply asking how many people (specifically Theists) have seen the video and what you thought of it.

I've been told it's a film made with the intention to ridicule the religious.

Not being a fan of Bill Maher, I had no desire to watch it. If Mel Gibson ever decided to make a film documenting people's opinions on Judaism, I wouldn't watch that either.

To say that I'm not a fan of Maher would be an understatement.

hahaha, so i take it you didnt see the film then?

Is there anyone here that has?

I heard that Knowing was terrible by almost every person I met, but i still went to go see it out of curiosity.

I'm not "curious" about bill Maher's take on religion. I'm not curious about his false claims and works to deceive the masses either. :salute
