Guy Fawkes day is today. He was a catholic who was sick of the protestant English rulers persecuting the Catholics so he WITH a group of others, plotted to seek out and kill the king and his family via blowing up their parliament house with gun powder. What are we supposed to think of this? Is this terrorism?

No matter the King or whoever. Jesus did not teach the killing of our enemies. He taught love your enemies.

Thanks for bringing this to mind. It is often overlooked, but we must understand there is a prophetic reason that Guy Fawkes was stopped. This same King is the one behind the most endured and loved English translation of the Bible, the King James Version. Satan always tries to stop God's Word and this translation is the benchmark IMO to the English speaking people.

Of course (as shown by my avatar), I believe the English are more than just the English so-to-speak, and their relation to the People of the Book. False religions have always tried to stop God's people Israel, but God saved us from them.

Want to know something even funnier. It is now a fad for people on the internet to wear mask of Guy. They do this and claim themselves as anonymous, an anarchic group of people who's sole intent is to create drama, destroy what ever, and make peoples lives misserable for no apparent reason. Most are unaware of the history behind Fauwks.
