Gotta love that phrase.
Especially " suggests"
It's the caveat in case they are proved to be wrong.
They don't say "research proves" .
So much for research if it only suggests something. Doesn't prove it.
Scientists aren't as brilliant as we think.
Look at the ones who "suggested" strongly that a high carb diet was the way to go.
We give scientists too much credit.
I suspect this high protein diet is flawed too. Someone will prove it wrong one day.

Research suggests I will fail this diet and put all my weight back on.
I want to prove that research wrong.

You will win.
Taking about research in diet. Thise high protein diet were found to cause damage to some organs (before you 'suggest it.' no I don't mean musical organs.)
We were told we needed to 5 veg a day, then it went up to 7 a day. When there was a slump in the market researchdiggested we didn't need that many.
Years ago research said we should eat margarine because butter was very bad for you. Then further research said margarine is bad for you, you should use butter.

I like the research that says 'A bit of what you like does you good.'

I've lost 7 kg at least. Doing the daily 14 hour fasts seems to help. Also quit;
Ginger ale
Orange juice
Choc
Marshmallows
High sugar yoghurt
High sugar cereal

"And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived"

Sorceries.
Original translation, Pharmakeia.
Definition, the use of medicine, drugs.

Take a look at the phama and chemist in this world. Is anything natural anymore?

Go take a look at all the products and ingredients you may use on a daily basis and tell me if you acturally know whats in them.

I will give an example. A random bottle of shampoo. Can some please tell me what methylchoroisothiazoline is and also what hydroxypropylguarhydroxyproltrimonim chloride is?.

And thats not an exageration thats what it says. And thats only a couple.

And people wash with it. Im not a doctor, chemist, or pharmacist. I just have a question.

If i wash and use some products on my hair i am clean?
