In some ways not what you would expect from Osteen, but overall, it is:

I have friends that went to see it and they came very close to walking out.. I’m not usually a nay sayer, but biblically, I haven’t heard good things about this movie. And no, I haven’t heard not seen it myself.
Yeah, Melissa said there is very, very little that is biblical and that which is, is mostly vague references. That and excessive and fairly graphic violence, which is the odd part for Osteen. But, you likely heard that from your friends.

We watched it a few days ago, over the weekend. Almost turned it off several times as it made sooooo much stuff up.

One thing they got right IMO, was the casting of Mary. She (actor) is a Cohen, (from the Aaronic Priestly line) and so was Mary. The text says she was a "near kinswoman" to Elizabeth, which meant VERY CLOSELY related. Elizabeth was a "daughter of Aaron" meaning she was not only from Levi, but her lineage was the priestly line. And so would Mary's have been.
And no, I haven’t heard not seen it myself.
Don't bother.
