I agree that "like a girl" should not be an insult, just as
reba pointed out that "like a boy" isn't an insult. I do believe we need to make a distinction between men and women, however, not to say that one is less than the other, but to acknowledge and celebrate our differences. I am glad women are different from men, and that we each have our strengths and weaknesses, not just as genders, but as individuals. There are certainly roles I believe only men should have, and roles only women should have. When it comes to athletics, however, for every feat I have seen from a man, I have seen a woman to match it, and vice versa.
