Russia to Unite with the Islamic Nations - What would you do

As a Christian what would you do if you saw Putin asking Russia to Unite with the Islamic nations to go to war against Israel? Would this be a coincidence or the start of The War of Ezekiel 38–39 ?? Does anyone think this will happen soon ??

What do you mean by "soon," nonbelieversforum? Jesus said He was coming soon (Rev. 22), yet futurists say He really meant much later. James said that the coming of the Lord was AT HAND (5:8), yet according to dispensationalists, He has still not come! John was shown the things that were to "shortly" (soon) take place (Rev.1:1, 22:6), but futurists would have us believe that "shortly" really means much, much later--thousands of years later. John was told that the time was "near" (Rev. 1:3, 22:10). Yet, futurists claim that in the Bible "near" really means far--very, very far!

So are you using the word "soon" in the futurist "biblical" sense or in the way it is commonly, normally, consistently used in our everyday lives? Thanks.

I continue to suggest your view is harmful to faith when you don't believe in a biblical 21 Century AntiChrist or a modern day Israel. In fact I suggested that your views could in fact condemn people to hell. Your views are to ignore current events as it relates to prophecy in the modern day. Therefore anyone could easily accept the antichrist or his mark as you preach there is no such thing in the modern day. You don't get the danger in what you preach it's the same argument. Your view is a gamble. Take the gamble on your own but don't bring down other believers or would be believers with you.

Could you please debate that view in the other thread so we don't once again go off topic like last time. Why would you bother responding to this thread if you don't believe in a modern day Israel?

How am I going off topic? I am merely seeking to have you clarify something YOU posted. What do you mean by "soon?" Your answer is relevant to the topic! How can I answer whether I believe something is soon if you and I have a different concept of soon? I noticed that oftentimes when someone doesn't have an answer for something, they change the subject by making an accusation against the questioner. Is that what you are doing?
