Hey, I thought this was a pretty good movie (for being an atheist and all.

basically, there is a gng of girls, all super christian, go to the christian higschool, pretty much perfect. the one girl has a bf, and is very christian, they dotn do any naughty stuff (for being seniors)
anyways, he finds out he is gay, and so she has this "vision" of god telling her to "fix" him (its really a south american pool cleaner that jumps in teh water to save her while drownding, and he has a jesus look to him"

so she u knows with him, and then his parents find out hes gay, and they send him off to a mercy school (that basically tries to "ungaify" and such.
But in the end, everyoen becomes acceptive of the fact that he is gay, they dont care, they use the "god gave him free will, and it is not up to us to judge" and it was actually sort of funny.

It has alot of dry humor (becuase it is pretty much a christian movie, so..) but it is decent. the end isnt much of a surprise, you can sort of tell what happens next, but it is decent. I would recomend it. I watched it with my schools GSA (gay straight alliance) just as a "hey everyones cool" kind of thing.

I wouldn't call the movie Christian. But I did agree with some of the points made. I think the main point of the movie was tolerance.

I don't like the word tolerance at all. I like the word accepting. I don't agree with homosexuality, but I won't say I'm any better than a homosexual. We all have our sins and problems. I accept people as they are, I will not shy away from my beliefs but me ridiculing or judging people won't do anyone any good. It will definately not bring glory to God. Tolerance sounds like you should keep a distance from someone but accepting gives the opportunity to show others the love of Christ in spite of their sin. People who think homosexuality one of the biggest sins doesn't quite understand the grace of God, we all deserve hell, it is like the distance of an inch farther away from God when we are all light years separated anyway.

Sorry about the long post.
