Scientific American is supposedly a scientific publication. Well, as such, they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a badly researched opinion piece to be printed recently.

It was true at one time, that creationists denied black people were descendants of Adam and Eve. The anti-Darwinian biologist Agassiz, for example was a polygenist, as was the creationist and racist Samuel George Morton.

There are very few such creationists remaining today; that particular error is pretty well debunked. The article in question does not say that Genesis is racist, however. AIG misrepresents what is there. It says that racists used their interpretations of Genesis to form racist ideas.

Race in America is a highly divisive issue. It should be, as God made the races to divide.

But, in America, the Church bows down to the worlds view of race. The Church will preach America's so called equality, and ignore the various races, as it sounds so spiritual. At least to America it does.

I have said this before. If you don't bow down to America's view of race, then you are a hate monger, and false prophet or teacher.

Thus America cannot solve it's problems of race. It rejects anything that differs with it's view of race. Yet the divide, and racism gets wider and wider.

America will commit suicide because it won't change it's views. It won't admit it has been wrong. It will die first, and die it will. All the while singing the glories of unity as it fractures into pieces.

And the Church of Jesus Christ has been ally with this false cause.

There are no biological human races. There were at one time; Neanderthals, Denisovans, etc., but today, there is more genetic variation within human populations than there is between them.

Race is just a cultural construct, not a biological reality.
