Essentially it's the same list. Its also a nonstarter if this list is used against anyone with a base understanding of Biology and modern evolutionary theory.

Primarily because the first question has nothing to do with the modern theory of evolution.

Essentially the Miller Eurie experiment demonstrates that it's possible for the proteins to naturally form. Modern understanding of the origin of life has nothing to do with lightning and is more aligned with the chemical activity around thermal vents in the ocean.

Yes because biogenesis has to happen before a life form can change, but that still leaves the question how did life originate?

Mill-euri experiment is irrelevant, it has the wrong atmosphere, requires special treatment of the chemical produced so they are not destroyed by ultra violet light and does not answer the question of how 100% pure left handed chemicals form through natural processes.
Thermal vents, how are any proteins produced by what ever process, protected from dissolving in water?
